Why Volunteer in Myanmar?
Myanmar, formerly known as Burma, is a land of golden pagodas, warm smiles, and communities in need of support. Despite its rich cultural heritage and breathtaking landscapes, many communities face significant challenges in healthcare, education, and child welfare.
Our programs in Yangon partner directly with local organizations like the NAC HIV Centre, Yangon Street Children project, and Good Seeds Children Home to ensure your contribution creates real, sustainable impact on the ground.
Whether you're teaching English to children who dream of a better future, supporting HIV/AIDS awareness and counseling, or providing care at an orphanage, your time in Myanmar will be deeply meaningful — for the communities you serve and for your own personal growth.

"Working at the NAC HIV Centre was profoundly humbling. Teaching English to people overcoming stigma and hardship reminded me how much a small act of kindness can mean. The staff were incredibly dedicated and made me feel like part of the team."
"The children's resilience and joy despite their circumstances was extraordinary. Leading arts and crafts workshops and seeing their creativity bloom was the highlight of my trip. Myanmar's culture and warmth will stay with me forever."
